VW DRUM BRAKE FRONT AXLE BEAM

Non-adjustable axle beam for 1966 & newer Beetle & Ghia

These are fully assembled remanufactured front beam assemblies. All components have been completely inspected and replaced or reconditioned as needed.

Non-adjustable means your car will be the stock height after installing this axle beam.

Does not fit Superbeetles.

Before installing your wheel bearings, please take a few minutes to clean the protective lacquer coating from the spindle shaft and threaded area. Since these are reconditioned spindles, you may notice small marks on the spindle threads. This is to be expected and will in no way interfere with the function of this part. Clean all threads carefully as needed.

Please remember that these axle beams are Brazillian remanufactured units, and some are as much as 40 years old. Thus they have some cosmetic imperfections. What does Mofoco do to ensure these axle beams are of high mechanical quality?

- Remove torsion arms & replace all seals

- Inspect ball joints

-Replace ball joints as needed

- Paint with a glossy black spraypaint

Due to the extensive ammount of labor that goes into these axle beams & that we have to order them on a per-order basis from Brazil, they will ship 3-4 weeks after placing your order.
